Previous experience with government, donor agencies and UN System is desirable | Minimum of Seven (07) Years post qualification working experience in storage / logistics /warehouse of medical-related items and equipment in organization of repute. Good writing / presentation and computer skills with hands-on M/s Office are desirable | Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory, dispatches, space management, cleanness and ventilation etc. Inspect medical-related stocks, equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed Ensure First Come First Out of medical stores Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Ensure segregation and proper staking of all health-related items and equipment Ensure quarterly or yearly turnover of the medical stocks Ensure necessary fumigation and anti-termite / insect spray if required Liaison with relevant health departs Ensure proper tagging, specification on each item Checking and keeping close vigilance on expiry of health-related items Implementation of SOPs on storage, security, maintenance of relief stores Focal person for physical stock-taking of medical-related items.
